Returns
See it before you pay
Our return policy is simple because of how pickup works: you see the item in person, in our building lobby, before any money changes hands. If it is not what you expected, just say so — you pay nothing and there is nothing to return.
After pickup
Once you have seen an item, paid, and taken it home, the sale is final and we cannot accept returns. Please check everything — condition, size, parts — while you are here; we are happy to give you time.
Free items
Free items are given as-is, on the same see-it-first basis.
